Someone please help!! Wella colours

I've got to do a clients hair tomorrow who I've never seen.

She basically has very platinum blonde hair and sent me a picture. In the picture it just looks like bleach but she said she has two colours... Bleach and one very light blonde.

She also said she likes it to be as blonde as possible.

So obviously I'm going to use bleach but can anyone suggest the light blonde to use? I've got to get it tomorrow

Maybe 12/89 or 12/1? Aswell as the bleach? Also use a toner if it doesn't come out perfect. Maybe /89. That would be my suggestion good luck xxx

Will you not be seeing her before her actual appointment. It's very hard to match her colour up off a picture.
She may have something like majimeches? (sorry not sure or wella equivelant)X

Heres a picture she sent but it looks very gold in this picture but in another pic it looks White. Pics are sooo difficult lol
