I don't think you will have a case with regards to the templates if you have got them off vistaprint as they are available to anyone, so its bad luck if someone has the same design (although in your case she has obviously pinched it on purpose) but I would think you'd have a case with her having copied & pasted your information.

I would be inclined to get a friend to call her and act dumb by asking for you by name, would be interesting to see how she explains to a 'prospective' client how all her details are the same as yours.

I think you should take legal advice on this but in all honesty she probably isn't going to last long if she hasn't got the brains to come up with her own price lists, information etc and as for using the same business name as you that is just ridiculous. I would be fuming !

hi sorry to hear your trouble, just think that person has no talent to copy someone else ideas, don,t know what to suggest best to do, think i would put ad out in few papers SAYING SOMETHING LIKE .(TRY THE ORIGNAL SPRAY TANNING OPERTATOR NOT THE PERSON WHO COPIED MY NAME !!!!!!!!!!! THEN SAY YOU KNOW WHO U R!!!!!!!! . )SOME THING ON THOSE LINES, ANY WAY.

Great advise already given, and I agree that phone her and in a very calm way, lol, advise her that she has copied your ad etc and that she is breaching copyright!

I think its been sorted now, thank god! I reported it to the advertising company by sending them a stinking letter and they have removed her advert which is good enough for me at the moment.
So she obviously knows what she's done is wrong so hopefully she wont do it again. Does seem a little too good to be true though...
time will tell I guess.
