Spray tan gone patchy why?

Did spray tan Friday morning, crazy angel 6%. Has she is very pale skin and natural red head.

Application looked even only used 40ml. 2 thin coats, gun set low.

Now she sent photo and it gone patchy on leg and her arms .
Never had this problem before.

I know she showered that morning her appointment was a 10.30. Would this happen if the ph level is not correct and she used scented showered gel with any moisturises? Not saying she has but need to know why happened and if it somehow my fault x

She has exfoliated, but not sure if she did this in the morning? I text to ask all these questions I told her to exfoliate nite before.

I can't open the attachment so will hazard my guesses!

As a guess I would say she has had residue on skin when she's been sprayed such moisturiser, hair conditioner, exfoliating scrub (usually oil based) etc. Has she been wearing tight clothing or touching herself (check for orange palms lol)? She could have got wet or sweated it off. Could she be pregnant or on any medication?

I have been told by several tanning companies that hormones (periods) can effect the tan development...

Also that using a high % tan on pale skin can cause patchy development (this wouldn't be the case with a 6% but just thought I'd throw it out there)...
