Spray tan/Suntana advice

Hi all, I'm very new to this and to beauty! I have just finished my training in spray tanning but now I seem to be doubting my training I had. I got trained to spray horizontally, do many people do this method?
I have also decided to try different tanning solutions and sent of for a few samples from suntana to try and was just wondering on what the correct setting or what you guys use on the machine and gun for a classic glam?

Hi. I think most people spray vertically. I would imagine you would waste quite a lot of solution doing it horizontally. I spray vertically then do a quick mist over at the end. Suntana have their routine on their website and Nouvatan have a video of theirs which is worth a watch. I use both these solutions and they're both lovely. As for your machine, I don't use that one but just make sure it's turned right down then open up the gun just a little bit so only a fine mist of solution is coming out. Test on a piece of kitchen roll or couch roll. When you spray the colour should be visible on the paper but not soaking through to the other side. If it's soaking through then your machine is set too high and you will end up with a very sticky client and a lot of wasted solution. Good luck.

I was trained horizontally and after watching lots of videos I learnt how to do it vertically. I think you do use a lot less solution that way. I also have a different gun to you but do exactly the same as let us spray I close my gun then gradually open it up to get the correct flow. I use suntana and nouvatan also. x

I have the glam? I use it on high and the gun 4, practicing on a tiled wall over the baths good or sticking couch roll on the inside of the tent, can't comment on your technique, I've only ever tanned the way I wad trained
