hi i was at excel yesterday looking at the the spray tans and i saw one which i thought would be ok but wondered what you lot thought of it if you saw it/have it?

It's buy creative tan and fake it (think fake it is the solution) and it's a blue barrell type thing (looks a bit like henry the hoover). if you are unsure its http://www.creativetan.co.uk/fakeit.html (not the nuress one, my sister had a man put some on her from that and it was pants!!)

Hi there, i bought a spray tanning system at excel, tantrick tanning system with a free pop up stand - has had lots of good feedback from geeks. Not sure whether to have their training or not? as i have spray tanned before. Tantrick tanning as different levels of tan solution which i liked - so the paler skins have a lighter tan, which i thought was a good idea.

Have to agree, Tantrick for me too.

is there any one out there that can help me ? im looking for any snippet of infomation on eyelash extentions as id love to introduce the service to my salon but im at a loss at where to start !! also whats the best spray tan around im looking for a change of solution i'v heard alot about tantrick but i have the spray gun already its just the solution i want to change thanks in advance

I'm thinking of doing a spray tan course. I'll probably go Tantrick. It has excellent reports here on the site.

There have been a few threads about eyelash extensions so you could do a search for the info you need. HTH

wouldn't recommend that blue hoover spray tan machine, they are heavy,, noisy and leak. and also get blocked easily. I've had lots of problem with mine,

The fact that the Tantrick mini mist or larger unit is not the same as a regular compressor would you not need the training to learn how to use it??? I have spray tanned before and had training but still have arranged to have training again with Tantrick due to the difference in the application.

yes still not decided about training - have been playing at home with water and adjusted spray it really is a lot simplier than the last one i used. The only worries about not having the training is my insurance might be void.

Good point you are probably right there re the insurance!!!

Yeah it is - as when you do the training you get a certificate which covers you for your insurance xx

Hi All,

I saw a few demos with Tantrick and I also spoke to a girl who'd had it done the day before and it looked like she'd had a spray tan.

Sassy, I texted you didn't I about tantrick? I am so not sure.

Clair had one done by Su-do, anyone have one of them? It looked gorgeous and so natural, even hours later.

Would appreciate some feedback on both if possible. I also rememeber someone starting a thread with a poll on which tanning system everyone preferred, I can't seem to find that at all.

xxxx

Good luck finding the right one for you xxxx

I have the Whispermist machine supplied by Tantrick. I would say this machine is the best. It really depends on your budget, the minimist is half the price, and is portable. You can use any solution in the Whispermist but I couldnt say about the minimist or some of the other cheaper end machines. Generally most solutions are of the same viscosity except for say Liquid Sun by Vani-T. This is a fab solution but no way can you spray this thru say the Earlex machine but defo the whispermist. Solutions are a personal preference. Everyone has their favourite. You should use more than one brand I'd say. For instance some people who have a tendency to go yellow are sometimes better being sprayed with a product which has erythrulose which gives a more redder look, ie "just off the beach slightly sunburned"! Tantrick doesn't contain this ingredient but others do, such as Sundrench and Fake Bake. Another must is to have different % DHA solutions. No way can you spray with only an 8% on everyone its not dark enuf or light enuf for some.

The main thing is to get the best sprayer you can, then play with the solutions.
HTH

thanks everyone for your replies, i will have a look at Tantrick then. xx

I know I'm terrible, I am so rushed off my feet we're in the middle of buying a house, viewing shops for a salon and trying to run my everyday business .... no rest for the wicked I guess.

Still confuesd as to which spray tan to go for, oh well ....
