Hello Chaps,

OK, now I'm slightly over my nail biter debacle, i now have a new problem.....groan!
Whilst cleaning my little brush before i put it to bed last night, it malted......and in a big way!!! The whole middle part of the hairs on the brush fell out. It is now slightly bald and of use to no-one!
I have been a really good girl and looked after it, making sure it was clean and no product in it. I just don't know what happened!:suprised:
Has anyone else has a problem with Star Nails brushes? I am a student at the moment so that's why I am using this particular brush.......but I am non too pleased about it. Plus, I will have to buy another brush until i can get on the Creative Conversion and get the Pro Styler (yippee!). However I don't want to buy another of this brand if this is likely to happen again.
Any ideas?

It soes seem strange maybe give them a call and see what they say! i have had both star nails brushes and they have both been faithful friends!

Thanks, i think i will. It was very prone to malting and the end seemed a bit ragged to me. Ho hum.......looks like i will be buying another!

Hi Krissy

You might think its silly but what were you cleaning your brush with?

Hiya,
I only use monomer to clean my brush.

Must admit never had that problem with thm just a case of monome doesnt clean my brush properly and youhave to squeeze it clean with paper and nails:(

Contact them and tell thm and they may replace it for you

I spoke to my tutor at college last night about my dodgy brush. She said that I was not to worry as she has had a few students come back to her and complain that their Star Nails brushes had done exactly the same thing. She is going to ring the supplier and we will get them replaced....phew!
Good news then!
