Starstruck - how do you offer yours?

Got my Starstruck collection today and just adding them to my display wheels

Are you offering them over the top of other colours? Which colour do you find best for each? Or do you use more than one base to create even more shades?

Does anyone use them just on their own and if so how many coats?

I started using them on their own but then decided to try them over shelf sitters. So I'm using Starry Sapphire over Midnight Swim and Emerald Lights over Pretty Poison....anything I don't use much. Saying that, both these colours really bling up the glitter.

I'm using them over a coat of colour . For example:
The pink one over tundra
Garnet glamour over tinted love (photo attached)

Totally agree...it's the only one I regret buying. I've tried it over quite a few pinks but no takers at all!

Blushing Topaz has been popular for me both on its own and over other colours. It looks especially stunning as one coat over 2 coats of Plum Paisley.

I haven't tried it over Blackpool yet but I imagine it would look equally beautiful.

Blushing Topaz isn't my favourite of the new collection but I've discovered it looks beautiful layered over darker shades. It looks stunning over Dark Lava.

I'm finding starry sapphire is lovely over midnight swim (thanks redduck) and also water park, so two options there
Also amethyst over lilac longing and wisteria haze so doubling up there too [emoji2]

Try Blushing Topaz x 3 coats.......it's BEAUTIFUL

I too was soooo disappointed I'd bought it, put it out of sight so it couldn't 'mock' me!
Then a colleague came in with the most beautiful nails.....3 coats, applied using a kind of 'burnishing with the brush' technique..... BAM.... Love it!
