Hi all,

I am booked in for La Brasiliana Treatment this weekend but I'm having secong thoughts!!
I work in a hairdressers (just qualified, although I'm late 30s!) The salon I work in don't do this treatment so I've booked in at another salon but I have been speaking to them today and they say it will ruin my hair:eek:
I have bleach W/L in my hair.
I know there has been alot of posts about this recently but I just wwanted to hear from some people who carry out the service or who have had it done.
Also my hair is quite curly, what result can I expect?

Any thoughts appreciated.

It won't ruin your hair but la brasiliana is not very good to be honest so it may be a waste of money
I use global keratin with fantastic results
None of these treatments are straightening treatments it will reduce the frizz elimate humidity hair frizz and also cut drying time in half will add immense shine and make it super soft!
I would def avoid la brasiliana thou
Sorry honey hope that helped xxx

I agree it wont ruin your hair its not a straightener its a de-frizzing & smoothing treatment the treatment can be used on coloured or highlighted hair and gradually fades out it doesn't grow out it works better on hair that has lots of colour on it i would also agree about the brand there are alot better brands out there with much better results i was using beox but now changed to lkerabelle ive done over 50 clients in the last 10 months and everyone has been over the moon with there alot of them are on there 2nd and 3rd treatment and said they couldnt do without it now it makes there hair so much more manageable you should look through some of the other threads and read everyone's thoughts on different brands and call around salon to you find the brand your after

Yep Brasiliana will ruin your hair, I fried a clients hair, and 9 months later it's still not great. Not used it since.

Thanks ladies:green:

I'm going to cancel my appointment and look for a salon that uses global keratin xx
