Swarvoski sizes and names confusing

Why is swarvoski shopping the most difficult thing... The sizes and names confused me so much and I'd hate to order the wrong thing. I just found a size chart so I don't think I'll need help with finding size now but could a very kind person direct me to where I can find these exact pointed top crystals???

The nail supply stores in my area only carry flat top swarvoski but I see the pointed ones are more popular.
