Hi skin geeks im from the nail geeks I have a friend in need of help she had her eye lashes and eyebrows done by a Mobile lady no skin test was provided or questions on allergies and now she looks like elephant lady swollen and itchy what do you think happened and what can she do

Sounds like she's had a reaction. Tell her to take an anti histamine and cool it with a cold compress, if it continues, she'll need to visit her GP. As to what she should do?? Contact the therapist that provided the treatment. I don't offer HD brows but I assume a patch test must have been required by the company. Xx
 
I agree with daisylou, antihistamine and soothing gel. As a HD trained artist, yes, part of the treatment - quite a vital part, is a patch test 24-48 hours before. It's also the same for extensions. She should have had a patch test with the glue.
I would tell your friend to contact the therapist. And then contact HD directly. If she (the therapist) is on the HD locator, then she is just cutting corners. If she isn't, then there is a good chance she is just using the name and is not actually trained, which is illegal.
