Hi!

I purchase CND Nail Polish from this website and have done for several years (for personal use - I'm not trained in anything!). I've never had any problems with it, and some that I've had since my first order (about 4/5 years ago, possibly more!) are still working perfectly.

Recently I've been reading these boards and I've noticed that some people dislike this site/shop, but I'm not entirely sure why? Forgive me if I'm being dense, I tend to miss the obvious a lot of the time.

I've also used head2toe in the US, is this also a "bad" website?

The main reason is because they are not authorised to sell CND products in the UK.

If they were an official distributor then you wouldnt be able to buy from them as official distributors generally have standards and morals when it comes to selling to non professionals.

Most professionals are very loyal to their distributors so places like this who are not unauthorised to sell products will be highly disliked.

As Naturalnails stated if you were to try and buy CND products from an authorised distributor you would be unable to do so as they will only sell the products to professionals.
