Hi I was hoping for some help, I applied igora colorworx purple over my full head of pl highlights assuming it would wash out eventually just like pink etc but it just washed to a teal colour, I reapplied a couple of times but massive maintanance. Since that I have done used a bleach bath with 30vol... still teal. I then pre pig'd and applied a 6.0 but after 1 wash green showed through. I then did a B4 colour stripper, it stripped everything but the teal, finally I applied a 7.77 and 7.64 with 10vol but after 1 wash I see green again. Any advice please? I'm at a loss on what to do now. Also I done a strand test with pl and 40vol today it just lifted to teal again

Sounds like you've done a lot to your hair recently!
Have you strand tested with copper intensifier? Use a quasi if possible, really before colouring you probably should have used cleansing shampoo to remove as much build up as possible

You’ve used a direct dye so bleach and colour reducers won’t work as they’re designed to shift oxidised colour.
Unfortunately, by bleaching it, you’ve actually made it worse and it sounds like the cuticle layer is now stained.
You either have to cut it off or colour over it with a darker colour.

Direct dyes are fairly easy to remove if you use the right products but once they’ve stained the cuticle layer, there’s nothing you can do.
