Hi geeks,
In need of a little guidance please! So I’m a full time nail tech and very busy. I’ve found recently when buffing off colour on acrylics, buffing in acrylics or even just buffing off shine to put a soak off on my left hand in particular is seizing up and almost cramping slightly so bad. It’s so painful and I’m only young so I’m really hoping this is only a short term thing[emoji51] I was wondering if any of you had any tips as to how to prevent or help this feeling? As I want to be in this industry for as a long as my hands will allow ☹️

Thanks in advance xx

If it’s really bad talk to your primary care physician about doing physical therapy.

Sounds like overuse injury. Give it rest and see your GP.
