Tigi Afterparty retail price

Can anyone tell me please if the retail price for Tigi products has gone up since the vat increase, i order it in for my clients as and when as im now using the sexy hair range instead, but a few odd clients still like the tigi afterparty, i ordered 2 for a client, and wondering do i still charge her £14.15 or has it gone up??

It's really up to you what you charge for retail, unless your supplier insists on a price but in this case it looks like they haven't.

If you don't put your prices up, you keep your customers happy, but you will lose money because the supplier will have put their prices up. Therefore it makes sense to put your prices up.

If you want to charge the increased rate of VAT, the new price would be £14.44. This is calculated as:

£14.15/117.5 x 100 = £12.04 for the product

£12.04 x 1.2 = £14.44 including VAT (you don't round VAT up)

Hi Fayevix the 2011 RRP. for Afterparty is £15.15 according to my price list, we are a Tigi Salon. Hope this helps
