Tigi Dumb Blonde

Hi I've come over from beauty to ask a pick question!
I bought the dumb blonde shampoo an condition thinking it would be lovely but its gross... The conditioner smells like cat wee!
I've heard fudge colour lock is good... Can anyone give me some recommendations for blonde hair that has oily roots and dry ends?

Lol agree with you about dumb blonde. I also itch like crazy when I use it - I've used it 3 times and it's now just sitting in my bathroom. I've had 2 massive bottles for well over a year. Can't bear it.

Never tried fudge one, but am using Osmo moisture at the moment and really like that.

The only blonde one I've used is L'oreal shine blonde shampoo, but found that make oily roots worse and found I was washing my hair more often with it.

Hiya, sorry I should say that those are experiences from my personal point of view as a consumer not a professional. I'm only training at the moment in hairdressing, so can't offer any proper recommendations or views on how long it's been like it!

We use matrix at college, and that's nice too.

No idea about Tigi formulations and stuff, I thought it'd be really lovely, but just found it vile stuff. I agree though, it is a waste of money!!

TIGI reformulated Dumb Blonde and it's soooo much better now. I'm thinking you have the old product-which sucked. it had too much protein in it (which is essentially bad) and consumers were using it everyday. The new Dumb Blonde is AMAZING! it's what I use, as well as the Leave-in conditioner. it makes my dry locks sing!

Protein isn't just tigi that's bad!!

Protein in limited quantities is good for the hair. A high amount of protein can cause the hair to become week and brittle causing it to break. Think of how overwatering can harm a plant. Too much of a good thing isn't always good.
