YES!!! it really annoys me and they discontinue and repackage way too often even clients complain but they all love their stuff xx

I have used tigisince I have trained and I am starting to be really disappointed in them.

I don't like the new dumb blonde conditioner. Why change things that ain't broke.

:(

I'm finding the shampoo n conditioners really heavy in the hair, constantly reminding juniors not to apply too much product.

I used it six years ago when it was "new" and then unilever brought it and I have not used it since I dont think they do anything to the hair as a range, and for the price it's a joke personally, my clients commented they weren't keen and retail improved when I got rid of tigi.

What do you use blue?? I've tried wella tigi and loreal I like to mix it up so I can find what I love! I love kerestase but only buy it as a treat lol xx

Yeh they are a bit heavy I prefer the urban antidotes on finer hair as it's not quite as bad xx

I currently use matrix, biolage for shampoo, conditioners and treatments , and design pulse for styling, biolage is very much care and prescriptive range so styling range is tiny and too nice to the hair, especially if someone likes their hair choppy and messy it won't do it, which is fine cause design pulse is great for that :)

Might have to try a few matrix products/colours!! My aunt swears by them :) x

Hmm I'll sweet talk my aunt the next time I'm in Scotland and try a few. Sallys doesn't stock them do they?? X

I also trained with Tigi products and loved them. Since they've been took over I find that there are too many shampoos/products that are more or less the same. I started stocking Label.m about 6 months ago and I find it a lot better, it's like Tigi used to be. After Christmas I think I'm going to get rid of Tigi altogether and concentrate on Matrix and Label.m. I use Matrix colours and have just started stocking Total Results and I'm really pleased with it.x

Matrix total results is excellent, we get clients popping in just to buy them without having an appointment because they have seen how good they are at the backwash. Lovely products and reasonably priced, which suits our area. Tigi, well I wouldn't recommend tbh, spent a fortune on them, really hard to retail in our salon. Matrix does though
