The one thing that helped my hair grow is by not colouring my hair at all. Since I stopped colouring my hair it grows so quickly! X

Definitely stop bleaching. And use quality shampoo and conditioner and styling products.

I think there is a lot that can 'promote' hair growth in terms of keeping the existing hair stronger, but less that will actually speed up growth from the follicles.

Some shampoo's MIGHT help, but the last study I read was slightly dubious and even if it did work we are talking in millimetres.

Were you bleaching it yourself or visiting a good colourist?

There's a huge difference between the two in terms of keeping your hair in good condition.

My cousin was using bleach highlighting it, which my hair was falling out after washin it off, she qualified in hairdressing last year, i then started doin it myself (same way) and still same hair falling out started snapping, so is prob my fault for trying it myself :( i have always coloured my hair myself for years, never had problems just had problems with the bleach, think im best off stayin my usual colour from now on lol x

Why not go and visit an experienced colourist for a free consultation and let them look at your hair?

They will be able to see and feel it and offer you the right mix of products to improve the condition.

It might be that your relatively inexperienced cousin contributed to the damage?

Yes think i will have to lol thanks for reply, appreciate it x
