To give a guarantee or not?

i dont guarantee either.
if i knew for a fact that my clients followed the aftercare advice i gave them to the letter then perhaps i might reconsider.
but i can pretty much tell that not a single one of them does :lol:
but then again nor do i myself if i'm honest.

however, my book is full of regular clients and they know that i can tell if they have just dropped off or whether something has caused it.
if one of my regulars lost a nail in the first day or 2 i would probably do a free repair.
 
Never really thought about giving a guarantee before tbh and I don't feel I need to imo. x
