So as the title says i am considering getting my ****s done. After having three children, they are not what they used to be! I dont want big huge breasts i just want them back to where they used to live before the kids lol. My husband is being supportive and weve both researched it together, but im so scared incase it goes wrong. Can anyone give me any advise?

Aww sweety, if its what you want to do then go for it!
I'm saving up at the moment for my breast uplift and enlargement as like yourself, mine never recovered from pregnancy/breast feeding. They feel like they are knocking around my knees!
My sister had hers done 6 months back and she says it was worth every single penny.
The only thing I would advise is to research research and research in to a good consultant. I researched with my husband over many months, met up with various different consultants until I found the one I felt comfortable with.
Good luck and let me know how you go
xx

There are lots of wonderful surgeons carrying out this proceedure now, it's become very common in recent years.

Do your homework, a good starting point would be with a recommendation from your GP.

You have a lovely husband who is supporting you, I'd say do it, but do it for you. xx

I had breast implants 10 years ago for the same reason and didn't regret it until the PIP scandal. That being said, they haven't split and are in good shape (even the doctor commented how good they were). They balance out my shape and make me feel a lot more confident.

As has already been said, do your homework and think carefully about the size you want. One of the surgeons I consulted with really pushed for me to go larger than I wanted to go, needless to say I went elsewhere and have never regretted not going for the Dolly Parton look :) .

What was the recovery like?

I HEAR YOU SISTER! 👋

Mine have gone , disappeared, nothing there! 😭

I booked myself in for one and chickened out 5 days before. Wish I had gone through with it.

Obviously get consultations done from as many places. Think about what type of implant you would like etc.... Wish you all the best on this and hope you find the right consultant and are happy with the results.

Recovery is fine, very uncomfortable for a couple of weeks, painful for week 1. You will need to take 2 weeks off work and make sure there is somebody to look after you.

I have a tiny scar under each breast that can't be seen.

They start out being just under your chin :), but eventually lower to a more natural level. You also need to massage them for the first few months, a job for hubbie I think lol.

I should say that you might experience some puckering of the implant. This is due to the body seeing the implant as a foreign object, so grows scar tissue to encapsulate it, the tissue tightens which causes puckering.

I would also be careful of the companies that do the hard sell and offer discounts to get you to do the surgery. Fine if it's the company you're comfortable with, but don't let it sway your decision.

I went with the company I was comfortable with and it cost me an additional £1k, but I'm happy I did.

What about these companies who let you pay them off monthly? What happens if you miss a payment do they come and take one off you lol

Lol, that I don't know. I put it on an interest free credit card and paid it off.

Thanks everyone, i will keep researching and speak to my doctor x

I went through Transform. couldn't fault them. I saw 3 surgeons and all were great. I paid in cash so I haggled and got a good discount! Recovery was quick and after a year they're just how I wanted them. Worth every penny x
