Toe nail reconstruction

What disinfectant do you guys like to use before doing a toenail reconstruction? Also, do you do your pedicure first and then do the reconstruction after ? Just making sure the toe is super dry first?...

I do my pedicure soak all that first in anti septic soak for extra hygiene how can you try do the toes without making sure there are no germs?
