Tone or bleach?!

Hi guys, I have a client who is going platinum blonde from a base 4. Now I have already started the process using Olaplex and got her hair to a reasonable depth. Now naturally her roots have taken amazingly and are a great colour but the mids and ends are a yellow. Now I’m contemplating wether to bleach again using Olaplex of course or just tone and also which Wella would be best, I was thinking a 10.16 but not 100% so any input would be fab

I would say that's a level 9 not quite a 10 so if you do decide to tone use a level 9 .. illumina is great for toning. I think I would do 1 more set of highlights but use olaplex and keep an eye on the foils x
