Would I beable to apply a toner to this clients hair to reduce brassy hair or is it too dark. She was previously dyed to base 2 home dye. Applied bleach high lights twice. Think trying either 9.01 frosty milk shake or 10.16 wella as a pastel toner.

Its difficult to see but it looks too dark for a 10.16 to make any difference I would probably try a 9.16 colour touch as a toner on that

It looks too dark for a toner, i would apply a semi ontop, something with violet in to couteract the yellow then tell her to purcahse a silver shampoo :)

Thanks for reply. Does this sound ok, When I highlight it again do a colour bath on ends to freshen it so it will lift it slightly and then apply a toner, or 8/81 semi.
