Toning bleached hair

Hi I've bleached my hair and some parts are orangey and others yellow!!!! I was in sallys looking for a toner they gave me an ash colour but the sample patch I tried has come out grey? Can anyone advise me on which toner would be best? I really want an ivory/champagne colour blonde or even platinum colour. I use wella so anyone with experience of these colours would be brill.

I'm sorry bit your not a hairdresser and shouldn't be using professional products. The reason your hair isn't as you want is because you did it yourself, go to a salon or call a mobile stylist who knows what they are doing, that's all the advice in giving

I hate Sally's! I'm so glad the one in Nottinghams gone!
When talking to a client a few years back about thinking of doing abit of beauty training, she told me to 'go Sally's and teach myself, her neice had done this and was now 'teaching' herself how to colour hair :/
