toning down advise

i have a client that used to be 12/03 and she was very happy with that gold blonde colour but she went on her hols and lost it so i started putting 12/1 so it didnt leave a band asshe's a fussy 1 and wont let me put anything else on it other than roots. She wants to go to a gold blonde after alot of persuation, what would you recommend to tone it down to? as its very light.. her hairs down to her bum, very boring, but its how she likes it lol..

10 & 12 lines are same colour level so I would tone down with 10/3 & pastel developer

No, just at backwash after shampoo & towel dried, mix it 2 to 1 apply it evenly & just watch it develop. Toners are generally 5 to 15 minutes so the amount of time it takes depends on the amount of tone you want to deposit or neutralise
