Top coat problem

I'm having an issue with my nail art and top coat (Sally hansens) I do lovely nail art using models own nail art striper paints and no matter how long I wait for it to dry before applying top coat it always smudges or like the stripes (art I've done) expands, if that makes sense! How do I overcome this? It's so heart breaking after I have achieved such lovely art!!

Try a different top coat, for example seche vite

I stopped using sally Hansen for the exact same reason. I used her top and base coat and felt like it chipped or sometimes didn't even dry properly and took forever. Try using a different top coat like the person above says. Xx
