I have a client who likes to chop and change ie she’s had red/copper/violet etc.
She has short hair so it’s quite easy to change.
The past 2 appointments she’s been having highlights.
Naturally she’s a 5 with 25% grey.
She has now said she wants platinum blonde! I know her hair won’t lift to this (il attach a pic of her hair at her last appointment bleach 6%)
I’d like to get it light as possible and tone - I know I won’t get it “platinum” but is there any advice for lifting?
I was personally thinking lifting it, and then maybe lift it again, fanola shampoo and then toning
Any help on lifting it greatly appreciated.
Hate the thought of telling a client I can’t do something x

If you used an oxidative colour, try using a colour remover before bleaching. If she’s a 5 naturally, I don’t see why you couldn’t get it to platinum, to be honest.

It just hasn’t lifted well I’m not sure as to why, all old colour gets cut out and this pic was taken before the 2nd set of highlights. It just goes to an orange tone - not even yellow.
All that is on her hair now (she’s had a much shorter cut) is bleach with 6% but it’s still very orange.
