I have a full head of Micro Loop extensions left from a wayward client so want to keratin tip them to use myself.
I've been on Hair planet and seen some 'Nail Tipped Keratin Re-Bonds'
Can I use these, and if so how do I do it, never attempted this before.

Thanks in advance!

not sure why this has been moved. Its a professional asking other Hair Extension professionals how to re-tip micro loops? Still, if anyone can help me out that'd be great thank you x

It's very easy to do with your heat wand... lay the I-tip in the clamp and press down gently, allow the bond to melt and then slowly drag the bond out and place it back in and repeat to ensure the hairs are saturated in adhesive. then get a piece of heatproof silicone and press flat.
If you feel that there is not enough adhesive on the bond site then add one (or even half) of the keratin tip to the heat wand first and allow to melt before placing the original I-tip in and repeat process.

Hope that makes sense... there are a few videos on Youtube to give you an idea otherwise.

You do not show as a Hair professional ;) just as a beauty professional, so that makes you a consumer in the hair world.
If you are a hair pro then best to update your profile accordingly.
