Twilight powder?? whos system is it?

My friend saw a shop assistants nails the other day and commented how nice they looked.She said they looked different?? Whatever that means.. The assistant said they were done with a powder called twilight??
Does anyone know who makes this and what effect it would give you on the nails.

Twilight is a creative powder..from the Mosaic range............... It is very pretty on its own or mixed with flawless pink....it gives a shimmer to the nail, very subtle......my favorite xxxxxxx
