Hi,

I'm currently training on level 2 nails and will be qualified in a month. I have recently become aware of a lady in my area advertising and selling nail services. I have seen examples of her work that are very poor. She is unqualified and untrained but continues to advertise and sell nail services.

As I am fully aware she is not allowed to be doing this and obviously will not have insurance. It makes me so angry that people like this are allowed to operate and give all us other technicians bad names. I really want to report her but I am unsure of where and what I should do. I would be very grateful to anyone who can help me, thanks

If I were you I would do nothing, she'll get found out, let her mess up people's nails and they'll come to you. Don't get involved x

There is no where really to report her to. The industry is not regulated. Anyone can decide to do nails, hair and beauty without training or insurance.

Its not right but its not illegal.

I would suggest you just concentrate on yourself. These people come and go and pick up another hobby.
