UV builder gel

So I have used CLEAR UV builder gel and it works fine.. but i’ve just purchased WHITE UV gel and it seems to be more runny than the clear and it drips onto the skin? It’s the same brand.

Most likely because the white is not a builder gel

Can glitter UV builder gel be used the same as clear uv builder gels?
