Help please. I have long poker straight fine hair and since hitting my 40s have noticed it thinning. Can anyone recommend a good volumising shampoo and conditioner?

i'm not sure about shampoo but the TIGI queen for a day thickening spray works really well!x

L'Oreal have brought out a fab new product called serioxyl.

You have a treatment in salon. Then you buy the shampoo, conditioner and mousse.
You have the option to buy either thicker hair or denser hair.

Use daily for best results and loreal offer a money back guarantee.

I've got my brother in law using the denser hair on his thin patch on the crown and he hasn't been using it daily and I can see a massive difference.

I went to a serioxyl seminar and the thicker hair made a big difference to the models hair.

Find your local L'Oreal salon they'll be able to help more.
