Want to go from blonde to this shade of brunette

Is it relatively straight forward for a hairdresser to achieve this colour from blonde? I have always been blonde so a little worried about the change

A competent hairdresser should be able to do a colour change straight forwards enough, consolations are free so go into a few places and chat to the stylist/technician and find someone who you feel explains the process any pros and cons
