Wanting to do a gel polish course

A girl is offering express gel polish - what's the difference from that to a normal gel polish?

What do you mean by cuticle work? as I'm it's not pushed back and cuticle oil isn't used etc? So in theory if I've dont my manicure course I can do all that anyway and then still use normal gel polish?

I personally don't offer an express gel mani or pedi as I feel the cuticle work is essential to prepping for gel application and product longevity.

I do though offer a mini mani or pedi for normal polish application
