Hi , can anyone help I have a client who’s base is 8 with grey , natural warm tones wanted bleach highlights in August now decides she wants to go a full head dark ash colour I’m worried about it turning green, wishy washy colour.

If you are worried about it going khaki you could add violet which neutralises the yellow, so when you deposit the new cool tone there is no yellow to mix with the cool tones to create a green hue? Hope this makes sense.
