Guys I’m just wondering when I would use a golden toner?
I can’t imagine people use it over orange/blonde because I know that would go too warm.
Could anyone tell me :))

To be fair it's vary rare that you will find yourself using gold toners, everyone has longed for cool tones and still do. There's very few clients I do that like warmer colours. But you could use an 8/3 for example on a level 8 or 9 to create a softer blonde, or a buttery blonde if you like. 12/03 is surprisingly a lovely colour. 10/38, 9/38 + 8/38 are beautiful colours.

If a client was a 9 and wanted a soft caramel colour you could use colour touch 8/73.

Colour touch, 7/03 is lovely as a lowlight on preligtened hair. 9/03 is a lovely sandy colour over preligtened hair.
I think a lot of the time people are afraid of warm but I feel like the trick is just finding the "right warm" 7/37 is a lovely butterscotch colour.
You cloud also use 8/3 over a 9/3 for example, if your client likes the tone, but it's a bit too light.
