Waxing Prices

Hi all,

I am currently working out prices and am not sure on how much clients are willing to pay for waxing treatments and facials. I have enclosed the prices for the waxing below and would like your thoughts. Can you advise prices for facials please as I have no idea what to charge clients.

My waxing prices are a little lower than yours. Which system will you be using?

As for facials, it all depends. What skincare range will you be using? Have you got a professional steamer?

I think these prices are very resonable. My prices are lower than yours, however i have only been waxing for 3 months:lol: and i hav'nt picked up speed yet (also live in a rural area) People are willing to pay good money for a good service

One thing to consider if you haven't already is charging seperatly for an eybrow tidy or shape, I charge £10 if it is a shape & £5 for a tidy.

I will be using the Depileve pistol applicator for waxing and Anesi skincare for facials. I hadn't thought about charging for a tidy up, but I will add that as well.

I think they sound very expensive. I live in the London/Essex area and all of the salons charge about 20% less than that.

I did get several price lists and alot of them were more expensive than the prices that I was going to charge. The prices that I have chosen above are from a salon near me.

How much cheaper do you think as I don't want over charge but at the same time I don't want to under charge either.

I dont wax myself but they do this where I work. Like where you say bikini we charge different for a normal bikini and say a brazilian etc

I also think they are expensive, I personally wouldnt pay £10 for an eyebrow wax - this is just my opinion though.
re. facials, you can do a deep cleanse facial, luxary facial & more so the price would depend on the service xxx

I am not thinking of offering Brazilian or Californian waxing. As I don't like it personally.

Hi, I think they are quite expensive, you would be better working on the idea of making a little money often than alot once in a while.there is alot of profit in waxing and it takes up little of your time.

Everything's relative and if you've done your homework then stick to your guns. After all it's easier to bring your prices down if you need to rather than finding out they were too cheap and wanting to put them up. They're a bit over the top for Fareham, but then I had waxing in East Sussex and paid your prices.

I am a bit surprised that the prices down South are cheaper than here in Newcastle. I collected quite a few price lists before deciding on what to charge, and all the salons in this area all charge roughly the same.

I have revised my waxing prices, let me know what you think. I am now deciding on what system to use. I am looking at using maybe the cartridge wax heaters what are your opinions on these?
