Hi All,

I am getting married and was looking at getting some extensions fitted. The only thing is where I live there is only 2 girls that's do sew in weaves. No options of micro rings.

I have heard that these are bad for your hair and can cause your hair to snap? Is this right even if they're done correctly?

Any advice would be appreciated thank you!!

Why not just get clip ins if its just for the day x

Where do you live? I'm sure there will be a geek local able to help you.

I wouldn't opt for braided weaves if I was you though. Possibly just my opinion but I dislike them.

I live in the Channel Islands so would unfortunately have to get a flight to the uk to get one of the talented geeks to sort out my hair for me! I would be spoilt for choice.
My hair is so thin I've never been able to get clip ins to work for me but may try again 😊 x

If ur hair is thin clip ins might work better as its less strain on your hair and u can take them out after the wedding xx

Will try them then I think. Will look into getting some decent ones and get the hairdresser to put them in for me when she doesn't my hair. I'm sure I did them no justice how I put them in when I've tried before. Thank you x

Id dread a weave in my thin hair, you could look at a wedding hair piece or even a halo/flipin piece your hairdresser could create your own design.
