Hi guys. Could you please give me your opinion. I've got client who has very light blond h/l. She's base 4-5. She'd like very cool ash silver balyage.up until now I've only used 10/81 color fresh for toning. I've tried 10/8 koleston +1.9% pastel on my hair just as a trial and it went very matt and slightly green. Lifted base a bit (I have warm blond h/l plus honey base). I've tried today on my hair again 10/69 alumina and it looks much better but my base is quite warm. My question is 10/69 bring some warmth to her base? I'll use low lights 6-1 for roots as well as h/lights. I'm sorry for lengthy post

10/69 is a permanent colour, so in theory it is designed to lift. I've toned with it plenty of times, and I've never really noticed lift. If you're concerned about it, you could either use the illumina to gloss instead, same principle but definitely won't lift then, because the post colour treatment will stop any oxidisation. Your other option is to use colour touch 10/6 :)
