I have someone who has gone from bleach full head with toner back to brown. They used wella 6/00 and 6/74 to prevent it going green, which succeeded but they have an orange/ginger tinge now. I have previously used 5/0 and 5/75 but they don't want to go too dark. Has anyone ever used 6/0 and 6/75 and can tell me how it turned out? Will it offset the orange or should I just advise her to use the 5/0 and 5/75 which really suits her tone

I wouldn't be advising any clients how to colour their hair at home whilst in lockdown, as you won’t be insured.

She's a friend so I'm advising her as a favour. I can't do her hair until lockdown is lifted so if she is going to do it herself regardless, I would rather try to advise her in the right direction than watch her keep coloutlring her hair and dealing with it being over processed in a couple of months

6/75 is a brunette (subdued copper) mahogany, that's not going to counteract warmth, that's going to add warmth.
As for your friend / client how important is it to her that she colours her hair? I see that you want to help your friend and also help your future self, but if you're giving away your clients formulas, then there's nothing stopping them taking up colouring they're hair regularly.
Then you've lost yourself a client.
I agree with @Haircutz I wouldn't be advising it. If there were any contraindications, I'm sure your friend won't just take it on the chin and see it as a favour, she will see that you're a professional who has given her advice that hasn't ended how she expected it to. Be careful.
