hello.
i hope you guys can help me.
my hair is about a level 6 but lightens to a 7 in the sun. for many years i had koleston level 12 in my hair but as with blonde lifted hair its not a shiny and has more damage.
so i grew it all out and now only ever have wellas color touch to be kinder to my hair and its great for me and never damages my hair. i colour it about once a year with this for a change in shade.
so im about a 6 at the mo and would like to lift a tiny bit. whenever i see my usual hairdresser she always says you cant lift at all with color touch but whenever i read any info on it it says 1 shade lift and i think the sunlights even more. i now have a friend of mine who is a mobile hairdresser do my hair but she is trained in a different product range. goldwell i think.
so can i get a lift with color touch?

Colour Touch is a semi range and it's only supposed to be used with a 1.9% or a 4%, depending on the colour? Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but that is what I'm lead to believe. So that won't give you much lift. Ask your hairdresser if she has a colour touch chart, the sunlights give you an example of what lift you will achieve.

your right viva x

Phew! Thanks lol I always get a bit nervous piping up about certain things on here in case I get it wrong!

hi i think sunlights only work on natural non coloured hair:)
