confused: Wella Colour Correction HELP ....please
Client was a Natural 6 but heavily coloured 4-5/0 with red tones i have lifted this using a cleansing bath to a 6/7 and added blonde h/lights scattered underneath. the client returned 5wks later n just wanted an all over colour as ends had lightened n very warm/red so i put a 6/0 colour touch this grabbed n came out at a 5!!!! which is too dark. I have now stripped the colour to a 7 but still warm/copper so put a 7/ 03 ash to kock out the warmth bu didnt touch it. i want to achieve a med brown no red tone with blonde tones any advice please

your 6/0 would have grabbed mainly because of porosity of the hair isnt good after all that stripping and bleaching, it sucks hair colour in but if youd have left it it would have lightened quick too, so if you stripped it again and put 7/03 on (which if wella also isnt ash its natural gold), you have added alot to this hair and im afraid your in danger of everything you put on going intially darker than you want. sorry but my advise would be to give the hair a rest, to knock out warmth u should have used a 7/1 thats ash, but be careful it doesnt grab and go dark, u always need to replace the warmth when going darker, tricky to get a med brown without any warmth when there is all that bleach and stripper underneath. my advice def leave it alone and she could use some blonde silver shampoos for a while. xxx sorry but hope it helps with a desicion
