Wella illumina opal essence silver mauve

Hi everyone, new here, my hair is bleach blonde all over, I'd say level 10,i used wella illumina opal essence silver mauve with 9/60, it took to my roots but nothing on my ends, could anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong or any other colours that would be close thanks in advance

Your ends aren't light enough. They need to be lighter and cleaner. If you don't want to lighten it more, you'll need to go for a darker toner to get the violet hue.
