Hey guys just wanting some help with a client that has come to me through a friend, she has just moved to my area and is wanting me to do her hair for her in 6 weeks time as she has just had her roots done before she moved (..So at the moment not entirely sure what her natural base is..)
She brought the information on the colours her previous hairdresser has used and says that every time she has it done, her roots are coloured with Koleston 12/16, and then toned with 12/11. I've never used Wella colours before so wondered if anybody could shed some light on why this was? I am presuming that her hair lifts to quite a yellowy colour and that is why the ash is used but wondered if anybody else had any ideas or if you think I should just stick to what her previous hairdresser has done? Thanks xx
