Wella lifting client’s hair

Hi was just looking for a bit of advise!! My client naturally a base five. She has build up of tiny in the ends so they’d very dull base 5 now she’s asking for her hair to be one to two shades lighter personality I feel two will be a but dramatic for her as I think it’s more the warmth she was looking for. I was going to do a gentle cleanse on the hair lifting up to a base 7. I was then thinking of using a 6 on the roots then using a 7 on ends as her hair will be very porous and out of previous experience is more likely to go darker. would a semi be best though on the ends? What’s people’s thoughts?

I'd try lifting with 1 part blondor 4 parts pastel! It's great for removing artificial colour. Then I would definitely use colour touch with 1.9% on the ends and definitely don't go no darker than a 7 if your target shade is a 6. If your target is a 7 use an 8 in colour touch. Hope this helps.
