Can anybody give me advise wanting a nice light ash blonde toner or icy colour n i have got koleston perfect 9/16 n a tube of 10/16 Are these good as toners after foiling?
I used to use 10/01 or even 9/01 and sometimes 9/11 but it really depends on what your canvas is. I mean if I'm frank yellow reacts different to copper if ya get me.
