I have a lady asking to go this colour ( the dark purple) and her hair is currently this..

Which would be the best way? As I know her hair looks awfully damaged.

Hi I would definitely start by removing the residual color so you have a fresh canvas then pre-lighten sombre style ( not too light) then do it deeper formula at the top and melted into the violet
