Hi guys. (Iv came from the hair forum) was just wondering tho if someone could give me some advice in moisturising cream...

Iv been using a mix of the same products for ages, and while they keep my skin from drying out etc all of a sudden my make up isn't going on very well?!.... It's like there's a barrier in the way and my make up doesn't glide over my face, it's cloggy feeling and doesn't have much budge? (Sorry this is hard to explain!) iv been using Olay it's only £4/5 and I use double wear foundation...

Could anyone recommend a good moisturiser that's with in a decent budget? (Wouldn't tend to spend over £20) I'm 31 now tho.... Could it be my skin needs something better cos I'm old?!... 😂 x

Hi, this will be a quick reply as short of time but.. 1. How do you remove your double wear foundation? 2. What does the rest of your skincare regime consist of? 3. Have you changed anthing eg. medication recently? x:)

Have you changed face wash or anything either? Sometimes masks and face washes can put a barrier on your face and blot the makeup.

I love the Aldi Lacura cream in the day, perfect for moisture and to leave that slight glide on your face for concealer etc (£5).

ROC is my new favourite find too.

But yeah, wash, cleanse, tone, moisturise...morning and night. Just to make sure your removing all excess dirt etc.

You guys will cringe!..... But I just wash my face with simple face wash, and then moisturise... Iv not changed any products lately as I have sensitive skin I tend to just stick to the same ones. Iv had a few trail size Estée Lauder ones before which I liked so maybe treat myself to some of that? Or what do yous think of the no7 range?xx

Hi there, you may have a local skin therapist that uses them in their treatments and can advise you on the best product for your Skin type. I use only Eve Taylor for my business as they are fantastic products. If not, if you Google Eve Taylor UK then their retail website should pop up :)

Personally, and not having seen your skin to offer a personalised recommendation. I would recommend having a look at their C+ bright brightening moisturiser. It's suitable for all skin types, brightens your complexion, contains broad spectrum sun protection and is a great base for makeup x

Estée Lauder is also amazing and I love that too.

A friend of mine had the same problem, and as she finds it almost impossible to sit still, a gave her a 'mini' facial.
Double cleanse, steam, exfoliation, mask & moisturise.
HUGE difference!
She's now booked for monthly facials because she couldn't believe the difference in how her skin looked, and how long her makeup lasted.
Didn't change her home products at all.
