Had a funny thought when my free edge chipped off the other day in one piece. I had done a reverse application in a hurry. My nailbed was in a perfect shape and so was the chipped free edge.
So i thought about clients changing their own free edge coulour, design, shape and lenght whenever they want with ready made assortment of predesigned free edges. They kind of come in for a nailbed backfill and off they go again. There would be a special instrument to make the nailbeds edge to fit with the predesigned tips. There would be normal smiles, deep one etc. There would be a special liquid to use to attach the free edge with the nailbed...:lol:

This sounds cool :)

I would love a monomor that doesn´t smell at all but behaves in the same way as our traditional monomor and cancels out any possible allergic reaction in the future. Or nailpolishes that dry completely within seconds when spraying on them with some sort of an activator. those would be for me the moste usefull advantages.

I have always wondered why there isn't a recycling of tips (for those of us that use them) the amount of waste is sinful, if you think about it 10 tips per client add that up on a weekly basis, or why not double end the tips ~(well on both ends) so as you clip off you can re use the cut off piece on another client most clients have them fairly short anyhow, so thats a fair bit of cash in the trash! I know I know do more sculpting and I wont have the waste ........... :)

The next big thing is those pyramid(sp?) type nails.....not entirely sure of the name but won't even attempt them until I've seen Ant do a demo.
On me.
hint hint
:)

I was sat wondering tonight about what the next bigthing would be in the nail world ??
When I first started off doing nails there wasnt much nail art and then came glitter tips I remember the pic of the ruby slippers in scratch and me being mega excited then came 3d and I loved it since then we have had PopIts and Minx so come on get your thinking heads on and lets try and guess what we would like to see next.

I would lurrrrvve someone to devlop a white acrylic powder that you could play around with & shape your smile lines to perfection - like (For newbies that struggle) then when you were happy with your work - you could spray some sort of activator on it & it would set!!! :)

Would have been great when I was learning
