You are posting on the consumer forum and don't have a tag indicating you are trained so I'm going to assume you are a client rather than a technician. In this case, you can't buy Shellac or any other CND product. CND only sells to certified professionals who can provide proof of their training. However, if you contact the distributors in this country - Sweetsquared - they can give you a list of techs in your area so that you can receive treatments.
