Hello, I'm getting itchy feet in my current job and so im looking for something new. i'd also like to work from home.
Im interested in learning the art of fitting hair extensions........and possibly learning a few beauty techniques (gel nails/eyelash tints/perms).

I dont have any hairdressing experience and so thought about doing a part time college course, starting at the very beginning.
I dont want to be a hairdresser so do you think this would be a good place to start if im wanting to do hair extensions?

If i did the whole college thing, it'd take 2-3 years to complete all training levels and so thought I could do the beauty treatment training and do this in the mean time??

These are just my initial thoughts but could do with some advice before i jump into anything...........

Thanks in advance!! ;)

if your not interested in hairdressing then why wast your time and take up a college place? lots of ppl have done hair extension courses without being a hairdresser.

Hi Moobar

I know what you're saying. Im not sure if id benefit from having a basic knowledge of hairdressing?
Ive seen on the internet a lot of 1-2 day hair extension training courses but dont feel these would be enough - id never remember everything!

ooh, decisions, decisions!!
